Rob Hayes, Youth & Family Minister – Rob joined the Glendale Road family in March of 2017 as the youth and family minister. He is from Mobile, Alabama, where he has lived most of his life. He graduated from Harding University in 2013 with degrees in biology and leadership & ministry. There he met and married his wife Andrea, who is from Memphis, Tennessee. They have been married since December 2011 and have no human children but love their dogs and cats very much.

Rob teaches the 6th-12th grade classes on Sundays and Wednesdays and leads devotionals, trips, service projects, and anything else to do with the teens. A primary reason he is a youth minster today is due to the influence his youth ministers and other adults had on him, so he does all that he can to have the same influence on the teens in the youth group and teach and model Jesus to them the best he can. He is involved with the younger families of the church in the various activities they are a part of as well. He also has a special place in his heart for college students and young adults and does what he can to help them, too.
